Had a great stay for our short visit. the staff were nice and gave us good recommendations. - the hotel had a great location close to the market. - It's really close to the main train stations, the tram, and many attractions in Melbourne.

Had a great stay.
We truly enjoyed this place, everything was great. The location of the hotel was marvellous - a 10-15 minute walk from a landscaped Victorian - era park. We found it in a walkable area adjacent to public transport, trams and CBD and different landmarks and stores.

Clean hotel, very amiable and extremely friendly team members on the reception desk. Very comfy bed, functional and brand-new room. Very central location, amazing base for discovering Melbourne. Fabulous restaurant relatively close to the venue.

Convenience
The lounge in our room was dirty, the bed was not comfortable. Once those things are rectified it is a great spot to stay.

Good location, close to city centre. Cleaning staff were very friendly.
Very slow customer service. Rooms were tiny. Very limited kitchen resources to cook. A room booked for 5 and only 3 sets of cutlery and four plates and bowls. Fifth bed was a very hard futon.

1/ No signage indicating office 2/ Only one room key worked 3/ Three attempts by staff before carpark key would work. 4/ Mildew in shower base 5/ Broken bed base. We thought the matress was bad the 1st night - spoon shape - the 2nd night we pulled the matress off and found that a few base slates were broken - left matress on floor where I slept for the 2nd night stay. Reported the broken bed base to office staff the next morning.
