The kitchenette was convenient for meal preparation.
My experience at Arrow On Swanston was extremely disappointing. I encountered numerous issues, including receiving a room that was not adequately cleaned, with cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, the TV was not functioning, leaving my family with no entertainment while staying in a cramped apartment.

The check-in process took far too long!!! With only one functioning lift and garbage chutes near the lobby, the overall cleanliness and ambiance need significant enhancement!!! I found the accommodations quite cramped and not designed for groups.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location!
Enjoyed our stay in a spacious two-bedroom apartment. Loved having a kitchenette for family meals. The nearby tram stop made city exploration easy. Though there were some cleaning issues, the staff were generally helpful. Recommend checking out local eateries for a taste of Melbourne's cuisine.
